Hi TJ,
good to read from you again !

I used my above reply solely to explain how you can add pics to your posts and you can see the result already ;)
Here the steps how I've done it:

Add one pic after the other.
That will look like this:

Cheers, Michael

Michael - I apologise. The pictures you sent to me are too small - I cannot read them ! Is it possible to send them larger - maybe to my personal e-mail if that is clearer.

Hi Michael - yes that is my plan :headbang: . The bike will be called "Glemseck" as a nod to your special event.

But first will be the Nitrous / Weber motor.

2020 will be the turbo - I hope ! The Eaton blower is best, but it will mean a lot of outside fabrication = cost !

After all my health problems I am just happy that the project is back to normal.

To explain - the "Classic Silver" finish [ seat ] was my plan to go with the Red - however it did not "look correct". It somehow looked cheap and juke box ! I can't understand - Red and Silver should be classic combo. Also the "runs" in the paint are nothing to do with me !! A friend asked if he could "have a go". No problem as I need to do final prep and then primer and then satin Black !

I have made a decision. The Red pinstripe [ courtesy of Ray Charles ] was simply to get an idea if it would work. There might be 2 stripes - like Manx 1 x thick 1 x thin. There will also be a front to back stripe in the middle of the tank / seat / top fairing. The seat material will be Red Jaguar perforated Connolly hide !

One of my pals reckons he can get copper head gaskets made for about 50 Euros - a good investment. Also APE make special barrel studs for the 1100, but 4 of the studs are the correct size for our bikes !

Also - my 2 new "workshop toys". ;)

To explain - the alloy fuel cell will be inside the "belly fairing" and the Manx tank is only a shell !! That is to hide all the Nitrous bottle, solenoids etc. Tee, hee "!!! ;)

The only give away will be the 2 nitrous fogger nozzles in the Weber manifold. The grey frame is an old damaged frame that one of the KZ guys gave me to use as a set up mule. VERY useful. I will use it to set up the Turbo motor over the winter.

The Nitrous kit [ Blue bottle ] is from a Harley and will produce 25,75,100,135 bhp - depending on the jets.

The "Fast" dual output coils from the US $98 / pair, much cheaper than Dyna, they will take 8mm and 10mm plug leads.

I have a guy collecting heads in the US [ very cheap ] and I am thinking of setting up for twin plug conversions. As usual the problem is the cost of freight from the US. It only makes sense with a larger consignment of mixed parts.

I have also contacted APE to see if they are willing to sell the relevant crank / head studs as a kit. They already make the studs, but they are part of a 4 cylinder kit. If there is enough interest they might be persuaded to make kits.

I am collecting the prototype +25% stronger clutch springs this week, and I hope to have a price for a small batch - maybe 100 springs.
