ESFP - Performer
ESFPs see in the world around them, especially human potential. They love people and new experiences. ESFPs are lively, have fun and be happy at the center. They live in the here and now and enjoy all the excitement and drama of life.

Strong interpersonal skills are perhaps the most salient feature of a ESFPs and it may happen that he regularly finds himself in the role of a mediator or arbitrator. The individual and personal basis on the ESFPs decisions, it usually makes for friendly people, where the well-being of others at heart. They are regarded as generous and warm-hearted. They also have a very sensitive perception in relation to others. Often they realize that something is wrong with a friend before the others notice, and offer understanding and help. ESFPs may not be the best guide, especially since they have little interest in theory and planning, but they take care of sacrificing for others and their welfare.

The ESFP is in itself a spontaneous and optimistic person who loves to have fun. However, should he not sufficiently rational to reflect on his behavior, an ESFP may tend to licentiousness. Instant gratification then assumes a greater significance than duties and responsibilities. Sometimes ESFPs also ignore the long term consequences of their actions.

For the ESFP, the world is a stage. You will be happy in the spotlight and enjoy the attention. Pull all the time from a show for others to entertain them and make them happy. You love the senses and emotions to stimulate others and they also have the talent. They would prefer to celebrate life as a perpetual party where they themselves are the föhliche hosts.
