hier die Antwort, die wir von Dan am 15. Aug. 2016 bekommen haben:

The price of any tooling is reflected in the cost of parts. I'm not willing to list tooling prices as that would
mean I'm selling you the tooling I'm sorry I won't do that the tooling will always remain my property.
Prices of parts will reflect the QTY you bought and what it cost me to produce that QTY, I hope you understand
why I'm doing this.
 
It's really getting to the point it's not worth my time from the  business side of things. 
What I'd do it is if you only needed 20 pairs it would be £55 a pair total  £1100.
Please remember out of that £1100 I have to pay 20% VAT,  20% Corporation tax and if I pay myself a wage out of it I have to
pay 40% tax on whatever I had for myself. The tooling needs to be made then finally produce 20 kits and I'm still meant to make a profit.
You understand my problem ?

Durch den Brexit und rapiden Verfall des britischen Pfunds wird er den Preis so nicht mehr halten können.
Ich sehe keine Möglichkeit die genannten Kosten vorzufinanzieren, da das bisher bekundete Interesse keinesfalls 20 Paare abdeckt.

Bei dem von dir beschriebenen Formenbau kann ich leider nicht erkennen, wie man an die notwendigen elastischen Gummistutzen kommt.
Ansonsten kann man die ja nicht wie original montieren.
Sollen diese Stutzen dann von aussen an das Luftfiltergehäuse angeschraubt und nicht durchgesteckt werden ?
